Flow sensors Badger Meter Impeller series, etc.

Flow sensor Impeller 220VR and 220SS
- The 200 series flowmeter is a plug-in type meter made of metallic and non-metallic materials. These flowmeters are designed for use in aggressive and non-aggressive liquids.
Flowmeters of this series can be installed in pipes from 3 to 40 inches in size (for special models – up to 120) and include a special sealed model (IR) for ground spraying systems (with direct installation in the ground).
- it is a plug-in type flow sensor. At the same time, the parts in contact with the working medium are made of non-metallic materials. These sensors are designed for use in aggressive environments. The metal elements in the areas not in contact with the working medium are made of 316 stainless steel. The sensor is mounted in a 2" NPT thread and can be attached to the pipe using a bracket or other fastening device.
- High-temperature flowmeters are designed for pipes that operate continuously, in which it is impossible to relieve pressure or dehumidify for installation and maintenance.
- These models are equipped with a modified polyvinyl chloride tee with all-in-one bell end connections and a removable insert for PFS or PVDF flow meters.
- The 228 series flowmeters have a six-blade impeller with a patented, non-magnetic sensor device. The blades of the reverse sweep impeller provide a higher, more stable torque compared to a four-bladed impeller, and are less susceptible to contamination by wear products flowing in the flow.
- The 250 series flowmeter has a six-blade impeller with a patented, non-magnetic sensor device. The forward-curved blades, combined with the absence of magnetic resistance, provide improved performance and repeatability even at lower flow rates. This shape is ideal in cases where the impeller is exposed to metal particles or rust formed in steel or iron pipes.
- The 380 Btu series is an inexpensive system for measuring cold or hot environments. The 380CS/HS can accurately measure the flow and temperature difference to calculate energy. Using the BACnet or Modbus RS 485 communication protocols or a scaled pulse output, the Btu flowmeter can interact with many existing control systems.
- The Impeller 735 flow meter is used in combination with any Badger monitor or transmitter. The Badger Meter non-magnetic impeller flowmeters provide an accurate reading of the fluid flow rate as well as the total accumulated flow. The range includes a number of flow meter models that cover applications with a wide range of pipe sizes and pressure/temperature specifications. Flow meters operate at a frequency proportional to the flow rate. The internal pre-amplifier allows the pulse signal to travel up to 600 m (2000 ft) without additional gain.
- The 4000 series flowmeters are available in versions for pipes of sizes ½, ¾ and 1 and have a PVC or PVDF housing. The compact design of the 4000 flow meters allows replacing outdated magnetic sensors with virtually no pipeline changes.
- The SDI series flow meter has unsurpassed performance when measuring fluid flow in closed pipeline systems. The impeller flow meter is well suited for monitoring and monitoring the flow rate, as well as dosing operations. The flow meter can be installed in pipes ranging in size from 1.5 to 48.
- a microprocessor-controlled flow calculator designed for monitoring. It is compatible with the full range of Badger Meter working fluid flow meters, creating a solution for summing and indicating fluid flows.
- The THT model temperature sensor provides accurate remote temperature measurement for use with the BN/MB Btu 340 Series transmitter, 3050 series monitor and other building automation applications.
